Responsibilities:
SCOPE OF WORK:
The Marketing Manager has responsibility for establishing and coordinating all Marketing strategies, plans, programs, and functions for entire organization; extending the reach of the Gaylor Electric brand into new client arenas and establishing our brand with our employees and established clients.
Responsibilities
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the Gaylor Electric brand
Develop and implement an overall marketing strategy for company
Develops marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
Works with teams on presentations
Provides reports or briefings on marketing activities as requested by the Ambassador for Brand Perception
Responsible for providing leadership and driving strategy across the company's marketing functions.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives, as well monitoring performance to ensure desired goals and targets are met and/or exceeded.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Position Requirements
Proven record of developing/improving marketing infrastructure and processes
Proven record of success managing a marketing organization in a rapidly growing/dynamic construction industry
Demonstrated experience operating as part of a leadership team that emphasizes collaborative decision making and a high degree of coordination between functions
Knowledge of the electrical construction market trends
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing
Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a marketing organization with proven competency in generating annual revenues
