Overview:

Under the direction of the Plumber / Irrigation Mechanic, the incumbent adjust repairs, troubleshoots and maintains all facilities plumbing system and applications. Must have knowledge of local plumbing codes.

Responsibilities:

Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books.

Conducts walk – through inspections, of domestic water systems to include water booster pumps, gauges and boiler temperature readings

Repairs showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps and on and off-site facilities

Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment

Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate

Maintains tools, equipment and supplies in good, clean, operating order

Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.

Performs all duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma, trade school certificate preferred as well as minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience with commercial / industrial plumbing or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid New Jersey Casino Service Registration.
