Responsibilities:
The Surgical Care Assistant will be responsible for:
Performing routine patient centered activities in the Surgical Suite in a manner conducive to the safety and comfort of the surgical patient.
Involved in all phases of specialty instrumentation and equipment care, preparation, and inventory restocking.
Performs under the supervision of the registered professional nurse.
