HireNow Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Renal Nurse Supervisor to join a leading healthcare facility in South Burlington, VT. This role offers an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly skilled nurse with a passion for renal care and experience in team supervision.
Position: Renal Nurse Supervisor
Location: South Burlington, VT
Salary: $95,617.00 - $(phone number removed)
Signing Bonus: Yes (Up to $30,000)
Relocation Package: Partial
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Vermont or ability to obtain.
BSN required; MSN or equivalent preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of renal or dialysis nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
Dialysis unit leadership experience (as a Facility Administrator, Nurse Manager, clinical manager etc)
People management experience (recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, team building etc)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the renal nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care in dialysis and renal treatment.
Oversee daily operations of the renal unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
Collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans.
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and care.
Continuously assess and improve patient care services and operational efficiency.
