CyberArk Developer/Admin
Whitehall Resources require a CyberArk Developer/Admin to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract.
*This role will involve on site work in Cheshire 2-3 days per week.
*Inside IR35.
CyberArk Developer/Admin
Role Description/Requirements:
Mandatory:
-Experience on all L1, L2 and L3 level CyberArk issues
-Experience on making unmanaged accounts as managed in CyberArk
-Knowledge and experience on DR Drills
-Experience on CPM Plugins Development
-Experience on PSM custom Connectors Development
-APP ID Creation and Adding different restrictions, CCP Providers Creation
-Create/Modify/Delete platforms as per account requirements
-Installation, Implementation, and upgradation of all CyberArk components
-Resolving issues related to safes and accounts in CyberArk
Preferred:
-Ensure team is responding to internal customer inquiries sent to team within defined SLAs, resolving break/fix Incident tickets within defined SLAs
-Provide inputs to assist with continual improvement
-knowledge of processes and procedures to identify and implement ways to make improvements within the team
-Responsible to plan all new activities and deliver the same as per timelines
-Connect with multiple application teams as and when required and recommend best approach for their password management solution
-AIM Agents Installation, Upgradation
-CR Reviews and Implementation
-Raise cases with CyberArk for newly generated issues
-Collecting different types of reports on need basis and provide to the leadership team.
-Configuring Master Policy settings as per the requirement and adding exceptions.
-Able to quickly learn new components released by CyberArk with small push
-Troubleshooting user access issues
