This position requires a very self-driven communicator who can execute quickly and assist multiple groups with data-driven, analytical decision making. Your objective is to assist the Account Manager with Client Success and internal workload for the Corporate Sales Business Unit. You will be expected to be a self-starter, looking for process improvements and helping teams implement them. This position will be reporting directly to the Account Manager.
Requirements
Tasks & Duties
Inventory forecasting and management
Completing verification counts
Finding process improvements and sharing them with the management team
Communicating with Corporate Clients
Order processing with Corporate Clients
Problem solving for any Corporate Client needs
Scheduling meetings for the Account Manager
Responsibilities
Track orders and maintain accurate inventory records to estimate future use
Anticipate when new inventory is needed and coordinate with merchandising team
Invoice processing with Account Manager
Identify process improvements cross-functionally and prepare/complete action plans
Contact leads and set up appointments for Account Manager
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bump Health’s core products
Be a brand ambassador by communicating clearly and confidently about Bump Health
Requirements
In-person role at our Peoria Distribution Center
Protect the organization by keeping information confidential
Able to use CRM & data files
Must be able to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect and be able to respond appropriately to direction
Assist other departments as needed
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good decision making abilities
A self-starter, not afraid to jump in
