Position Summary:
Royalty Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant specializing in Orthopedics to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Orthopedic Surgeons to provide excellent patient care, diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, and assist in surgeries and procedures. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examination, and diagnostic test interpretation
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, injuries, and disorders
Develop and implement customized treatment plans for patients, including medication prescriptions, physical therapy, and surgical options
Assist Orthopedic Surgeons in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and surgical accuracy
Provide post-operative care and closely monitor patient progress
Educate patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Keep up-to-date with advancements in orthopedic medicine and implement best practices

Requirements
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
