Full Time Physical Therapist Needed
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to become a member of our orthopedic outpatient practice. As a Physical Therapist, you will work alongside patients to restore their movement and assist them in achieving optimal functionality. We firmly believe that all patients deserve to perform at their maximum capacity, no matter their past or present medical conditions. Salary:
$100,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Insurance Mix:
Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Patient Volume:
1-2 patients a day
Conditions We Treat:
Lower Back Pain
Shoulder Pain
Knee Pain
Chronic Pain
Neck Pain
Elbow Pain
Osteoarthritis
Types of Patients: Senior citizens/Geriatric Patients
Responsibilities:
Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
Requirements
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current Washington state license as Physical Therapist.
Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
Strong manual therapy skills and training.
Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
