Our Practice
Physicians for Women is seeking a Nurse practitioner to join their growing Women's Health Clinic. This position will join an experienced team of Physicians & Midwives to provide the best care at every age. We are a small private practice that offers top notch care to women. This position will be clinic based working Monday-Friday (Monday - Thursday hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Fri 8-12:30).
As a Nurse Practitioner you are a skilled member of the health team who provides medical and educational services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. This individual works within a cooperative department, utilizing team effort with health care providers, co-workers, and the public to provide positive patient interaction.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with our OB/GYN and Midwife groups. In this role you will be preforming a variety of visits from Well-Women exams to seeing new OB patients coming in to start care just to name a few.
Requirements
Education:
Must have: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum –
Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License.
Nurse Practitioner Certification awarded by a national certifying body.
Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber Certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin.
Nurse Practitioner applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
