How are we different from traditional IT companies?
We are cloud focused (but we will train you up if you don’t have all the necessary skills yet).
We have professional development pathways throughout the organization with accompanying training programs.
We work with cutting edge clients in forward thinking industries like tech startups, biotech and digital agencies.
We are poised for significant growth in 2024 and beyond, and need you to help us do it!
We are a team of hungry, innovative, technology-lovers who are excited to build something amazing together.
Requirements
Interlaced is looking to hire a full-time Logistics Coordinator in the Nashville area. This position requires knowledge of common business technologies and experience working in diverse technical environments as well as with various cloud infrastructure components.
The candidate we are looking for has a technical skill-set, and stays up to date with the latest technology trends. The ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes is a must. The candidate must be personable and have the ability to interact with each level of the client's business, from the front desk to the CEO. The ability to simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users is a requisite.
The Logistics Coordinator will assist Interlaced and its clients by maintaining our asset management accuracy, procuring IT-related hardware, and facilitating new hire first day IT orientation meetings. Prospects for the Logistics Coordinator role should be self-starters that are adept at facing ambiguity with a smile. This role is an in-office position with occasional visits to our Nashville area client offices, with the opportunity for 2 remote days per week depending on current project workload.
The candidate is expected to have a dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection. This position is from the hours of 8am - 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Examples of day-to-day responsibilities:
Facilitates white-glove device provisioning, including installing applications and ensuring packaging meets Interlaced’s visual standards
Maintain integrity of client fleets and sellable stock on-hand by performing counts against all inventoried devices, and running audits against MDM/RMM software for deployed devices
Own day-to-day procurement queue, from identifying opportunities for IT hardware sales, building quotes, placing orders, and relaying all applicable details to clients in a timely manner
Shipping and receiving devices and IT-adjacent hardware
Answer hardware, procurement, and inventory related questions for clients via ticketing system
Own device retrieval workflows, from creating prepaid shipping labels and sending retrieval packaging to receiving deployed devices
Maintain scheduled reporting queue with clients and vendors
Assess, clean, erase, and install fresh OS on workstations being received, then making recommendations to clients accordingly. (I.E. redeploy, repair, retire, etc.)
Effectively manage and maintain ticket tasks and responses while escalating situations when necessary
Interfacing with vendor support channels (I.E. Fedex, Apple, CDW, Synnex, Dell etc)
Assist end users with common IT related requests via Zoom, chat/slack and email
Benefits
What we offer:
Competitive starting salary and Interlaced company bonus program
Medical, vision and dental benefits
Cell phone and health & wellness reimbursements
16 paid Holidays annually - 6 fixed and 10 flexible
2 paid volunteer days annually
Paid vacation and sick time

Fuel reimbursement
Peer-to-peer bonus allowance
