Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the admin and platform owner personas. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and success of our solutions tailored for administrators and platform owners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure our products meet the needs of these key user groups and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Evangelism: Act as the primary advocate for our solutions for admin and platform owner users, both internally and externally. Present and influence C-level executives on key initiatives, resourcing, and growth strategies.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with admin and platform owner users, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development. Conduct demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in solutions for admin and platform owner users.

Content Creation: Collaborate with product marketing to develop programs and go-to-market content, including product launches, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, tradeshows, case studies, and blog posts.

Sales Enablement: Produce and deliver sales education materials to empower the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell our solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to formulate our product vision and strategy. Influence the product backlog based on feedback from customers and the sales organization.

Thought Leadership: Develop compelling positioning and thought leadership content to establish our company as a leader in solutions for admin and platform owner users.
