Responsibilities:
Create and post content for a company's social media accounts, including short-form copy like captions, tweets, and status updates, and long-form articles.
Develop a social media strategy that aligns with the company's business and marketing strategy.
Build and moderate social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged.
Develop and manage the brand's social media identity.
Create new social marketing campaigns and plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like link clicks and likes and analyze trends and competitor performance.
Analyze online traffic statistics and marketing data.
Update social media content across all channels
Stay up to date with social media trends
Seek opportunities for business publications
Seek opportunities for Company staff to serve on business panels
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
3 years of experience as a marketing/social media manager or a similar role
Experience creating social media strategies
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic self-starter
Aptitude for crafting engaging content
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay Range:
USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
