Support development of new technical training courses
Management/oversight/scheduling
Template adherence/best practices/slide creation
Teams channel repository
Provide instruction for Live Webinar/Live In personDT101 (Intro, DT Overview, Pulling it together, Wrap up Sections)
INCOSE SEP Cohort Guidance
Intro to MBSE
Agile Development (Live Webinar version)
Newly developed T&E or Quality classes
Facilitate Instructor-led technical classesprovide oversight & support for instructor
set up schedules within Gateway+ and engineering calendar
manage roster (min/max, submission to HR, workarounds)
Support Technical Proficiency PathsSupport build out of new proficiency paths (EMSO-NK, Quality, Reliability)
Support build out of new path additions - new “specializations” (Agile, DevSecOps…)
Gather feedback/implement edits within Gateway+ and Smartsheet
Provide Technical Career coaching related to Proficiency Paths
Develop Proficiency Path Objective testsCreate tests for path certification or objective completion
Provide oversight/proctoring
Provide general support for Technical Training frameworkDevelop/maintain resource folders on GetConnected for technical training
Develop job aids for technical training/workforce development processes
Provide career counseling/process support for use of Proficiency Paths
Submit monthly newsletter and other technical training/workforce development articles of interest
Qualifications:
Minimum years of relevant experience: 7 – 10 years of progressive technical training experience
Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to master the full training cycle
Adequate knowledge of learning management software
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
Education: Technical Bachelor’s Degree required
Travel: 5-10% US National travel may be required
Clearance: Minimum Secret Level
