The Sales Leader Role at AssuredPartners is designed to establish leadership and connectivity throughout the organization. Sales Leaders ensure every producer within the organization has access to training, tools, and resources to consult in the middle market. Sales Leaders will help create the foundation for future leadership, producer development, and mentorship.
Sales Leaders are tasked with providing essential leadership in the areas of:
Sales Culture
Recruiting
Training & Development
Leveraging Talent
Accountability
Sales Leaders will enhance the growth & revenue generation of their teams through:
Driving Salesforce Excellence
Facilitating the sales development/Red Team process
Supporting and Training on the AssuredPartners Sales Strategy
Creating vertical sales engagement
Building the standards of a strong accountability culture

What You'll Do:
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
Must participate in recruitment activities.
Ensure a full and thorough onboarding process for new and emerging producers according to guidelines.
Train and coach new and emerging producers.
Hold new and emerging producers accountable to goals set.
Maintain current book of business (if applicable).
Be involved in current market and maintain carrier relationships.
Participation in AssuredPartners Northeast Sales Leader team meetings & events.
Contribute to AssuredPartners Northeast Regional Sales Training & Development efforts.
Support cross agency sales initiatives like emerging producer call blocks & role plays.
Attend and contribute to AssuredPartners Northeast Sales Leader weekly virtual calls.
1:1 meetings with AssuredPartners Northeast Regional Sales Leader bi-weekly.
Travel Required: Typical Travel is 1-2 nights per month, can be less in some months.

What You'll Need:
Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of related experience and/or training.
Must have sales management/leadership experience and B2B sales experience.
Insurance industry experience is preferred.
Must possess valid driver’s license. Must hold appropriate and valid insurance license(s) and driver’s license.
