As a Consumer Loan Advisor at FORUM Credit Union, you'll play a key role in connecting members with the right consumer loan products while identifying additional opportunities to support their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Be the Voice of Support: Answer inbound calls and respond to online requests related to consumer lending, ensuring every interaction is helpful and informative.

Drive Engagement: Proactively make outbound calls based on potential leads, such as loan payoffs, recent inquiries, and prescreen opportunities, to engage both current and prospective members.

Achieve Lending Goals: Focus on meeting assigned lending targets, while effectively promoting auxiliary products like payment protection and GAP coverage.

Champion the Loan Process: Support the Centralized Loan Closing Process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all loan requests to build strong lending relationships.

Be a Resource: Act as a primary lending resource to assist with training and respond to employee inquiries, fostering a knowledgeable and supportive team environment.

Deliver Extraordinary Service: Provide exceptional service by being responsive to member needs and keeping your supervisor informed of any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

High school education or GED.

One to three years of similar or related experience.
