Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. This role requires a deep understanding of the current job market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier candidates.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Provide innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or transferrable experience
5-10 years of experience, preferably within the legal industry
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions and levels
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
Proven success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
