Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with a full benefits package.

Perform detailed assessments to understand client needs and goals.
Offer evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to guide clients in achieving positive outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Valid LMFT license in the state.
Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
