The Sunshine House is seeking a Preschool Director-in-Training for our school in the Columbia area. We are hiring immediately, and would like to meet you!
About The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy:
Bright futures start here! The Sunshine House is much more than simply daycare for children 6 weeks to 12-years-old. We help children build a solid educational and social foundation -- with all the fun of childhood mixed in! Salary range: $19-$21, based on experience, education, and credentials.
Job Responsibilities:
Working in conjunction with a training director, help oversee the daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
Partner with families to provide the best care and early education for their children.
Assist with the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and others.
Requirements
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Experience managing a childcare center.
Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office.
A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
