As a Shop Helper, you will provide invaluable support to our team by assisting with various tasks in our shop. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining inventory, cleaning and preparing equipment for use, performing basic equipment repairs, and assisting with the assembly and disassembly of machinery. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to creating a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
Keep our shop inventory organized and up to date
Help clean and prep equipment for use
Take care of basic repairs and maintenance on our tools
Support team members in assembling and disassembling machinery
Work together with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly
Follow our safety guidelines and help keep the workspace tidy
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment when needed
Requirements
Basic mechanical skills and a good grasp of tools
A collaborative team member who easily follows directions
Great attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Capable of lifting heavy items and maintaining good physical stamina
Reliable and always on time, demonstrating a strong work ethic
Holds a valid driver's license
