Job Description
ServiceNow's Infrastructure Security Team is looking for a Staff Level Security Engineer to help us improve and maintain the security posture of the infrastructure that our SaaS based customer platform runs on. You will be developing and supporting critical processes ensuring that ServiceNow's security infrastructure remains free from compromise and available for real-time processes.
You will work on a fast-paced team of exceptional engineers while you grow your skills and influence ServiceNow. There are no limits to the opportunities for learning and career advancement at ServiceNow. We need creative solutions, quality implementations, and excellence in support across multiple security domain areas.
Please Note:
Due to Federal requirements, only US citizens, US naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents, holding a green card, will be considered.
This position will include supporting our US Federal customers
This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards)
This includes a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check and taking a drug test.
Any employment is contingent upon passing the screening.
What you will do in this role:
Deployment and configuration of security solutions in support of Network Security and Authentication. Server Security, Certificate lifecycle management, and more)
Address problems impacting production such as production outages & security incidents
Assess security risks and impact of issues pertaining to ServiceNow
Work with stakeholders to provide triage and remediation recommendations
Partner with Compliance teams to ensure proper validation is being performed
Develop and implement innovations on the ServiceNow platform.
