Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for customer excellence, and develops and maintains strong customer relationships in support of a wide variety of products and services. This position consistently handles various forms of customer interaction and communication. Core responsibilities include the following:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers in resolving issues on daily basis, related to products and/or services.
Interface with internal departments on all aspects of customer service; serve as “Voice of the Customer."
Promote consistent and excellent customer relations and loyalty.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Track order status and provide updates to customers.
Routinely communicate accurate delivery information and promptly update customers when changes occur.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
Manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism and provide solutions in a prompt and accurate manner to meet customer commitments.
Interface with internal departments on all aspects of customer service.
Work with team members to achieve service goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Complete special projects as assigned by management.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
