Job Description
HSMC is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (Temporary). The duration of the position has not yet been determined.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide general maintenance for interior and exterior of all facilities and grounds
Completes and documents routine maintenance and inspections of all locations
Maintain inventory for most commonly used supplies and products
Works closely with the Director of Facilities to manage building maintenance and improvement projects
Order new or replacement office furniture and set up temporary offices when necessary
Travel to office locations across MA required with company truck provided
