Job Description
Intevity is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician with an active Top Secret clearance to join our team in Arlington, VA. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a hybrid environment, providing technical support and system administration services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage MacOS environment using Jamf for configuration and deployment
- Perform system administration tasks for various applications including Jamf, Jamf Protect, Cloudflare, Microsoft O365, Atlassian, Keeper, etc.
- Utilize Jira for internal ticket tracking and collaborate with DISA Global Service Desk and JSP (Joint Service Provider) service desk to resolve tickets
- Utilize ServiceNow for external tracking and ticket resolution
- Implement and maintain application lifecycle management processes
