Job Description
Plan and implement a recruitment marketing plan to attract high-quality applicants. Help define touch points and best communication opportunities in the candidate life-cycle.
Source candidates through recruitment sites such as Indeed.
Communicate and showcase Asbury’s culture, mission, and work environment to prospective candidates.
Coordinate and manage the interview and selection process to include candidate screening, hiring manager interviews, job offers, and onboarding activities.
Work closely with community leadership to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges and suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and track, measure and report on campaign results; design and execute internal campaigns to drive employee referrals/ employee engagement.
