Key Responsibilities:

Lease-Up Leadership: Drive the leasing process with an emphasis on attracting residents who value both luxury living and a relaxed, coastal environment. Ensure that all interactions reflect our commitment to world-class customer service.
Enhancing the Beach Lifestyle: Curate experiences and amenities that align with the coastal lifestyle, from surfboard storage to beachside yoga classes, ensuring that residents fully enjoy their beachside home.
Property Excellence: Maintain the property to the highest standards, ensuring that it remains a reflection of the luxury and charm of Riviera Village. Oversee maintenance, landscaping, and amenities to create an inviting and well-kept environment.
Financial Responsibility: Manage the property’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while balancing cost-efficiency with the delivery of top-tier services.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with local vendors and contractors who share our commitment to quality and community, ensuring that all services enhance the resident experience.
