Job Offer: OTR Company Drivers $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (SOB)

Position: OTR Company Drivers (Solo)

Pay: 0.57 - 0.64 CPM

Key Benefits:

Home Time: Out 12 days, with 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend

Freight Coverage: OTR across all 48 states (most freight East of I-35)

No NYC Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or the 5 boroughs

Mileage: Drivers average (phone number removed) miles per week. HOS and availability affect weekly miles.

Freight Handling:50-60% Drop & Hook

40-50% Live Unload

All No-Touch Freight

Equipment:

2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworths

Average Length of Haul: 600+ miles

24/7 Operations Support: Access to operations specialists for driver needs at any time

Compensation:

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000$500 after the first load

$500 after 30 days

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour

Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day

Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM (based on Safety, Mileage & Productivity, eligible from the 1st of the month after the hire date)

Vacation:

1 year = 1-week vacation

3 years = 2 weeks vacation

7 years = 3 weeks vacation

15 years = 4 weeks vacation
