Job Title: Registered Sleep Center Technologist
Location: Kansas City, MO
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:30)
Salary: $27-$35/hour + shift differentials ($2.50 for evenings, $4.00 for 3rd shift)

Job Overview:
The Registered Sleep Center Technologist will perform diagnostic sleep studies. The technologist is responsible for collecting accurate sleep data, performing CPAP titration, and scoring sleep stages according to AASM guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and cutting-edge sleep health environment, conducting comprehensive tests including MSLT and MWT.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic sleep studies, including CPAP titration and scoring of sleep stages.
Perform MSLT and MWT tests.
Ensure proper patient setup and equipment calibration.
Monitor patient safety and comfort during sleep studies.
Maintain accreditation readiness and compliance with relevant standards.
Document all sleep study results accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sleep data collection, CPAP titration, and scoring. Familiarity with MSLT and MWT procedures and accreditation readiness required.
Licenses: Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Certifications: BLS certification required.
