About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join the hive on behalf of one of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for attorneys with litigation experience to expand their skillset and work with a fast-paced international law firm. In this role, you'll take on substantial litigation responsibilities, managing a caseload from start to finish while collaborating with other attorneys and partners. If you're a driven professional with a passion for commercial litigation, we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

Independently manage a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end.

Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on various legal projects.

Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.

Communicate with clients and provide regular updates and status reports.

Core Competencies:

3+ years of experience in business and commercial litigation.

Strong litigation skills, including legal writing, depositions, and courtroom experience.

Superior written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You Bring:

JD from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in California.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business and commercial litigation.

Experience with SEC Enforcement and private securities matters is a plus.

Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus.

Skills Required:

Litigation Case Management: Handling cases from start to finish.

Client Communication: Providing updates and status reports to clients.

Courtroom Experience: Managing depositions and court appearances.

Commercial Litigation Expertise: Business and commercial litigation, with SEC Enforcement and private securities experience a plus.

Certifications:

Must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Education:

JD from an accredited law school.

Active California Bar license required.

Work Environment & Benefits:

Competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000
