Job Title: Project Scheduler

Location: Quincy, Massachusetts (In-Person, Full-Time)

Department: Field Operations

Reports to: Vice President of Field Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Quincy, Massachusetts. In this role, youll play a key part in managing and updating the schedules for our large-scale construction projects. Collaborating with project teams, trade partners, and consultants, you will ensure efficient, accurate scheduling using Microsoft Project. Your efforts will contribute directly to the success of our projects and the positive impact they have on our communities.

What Youll Do:

Assist in developing and reviewing pre-bid and post-award Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, ensuring they meet owner requirements.

Work with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams to create project narratives based on production and budget data.

Update project schedules monthly, tracking progress by coordinating with project teams.

Collaborate with external schedule consultants to meet deadlines and implement schedule revisions.

Participate in schedule review meetings with internal teams, estimating staff, and clients, and maintain accurate meeting minutes.

Contribute to RFP and proposal schedules during preconstruction and bid phases.

Travel to project sites across Massachusetts to support project teams as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in construction management with a strong emphasis on project scheduling.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team.

Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.

Must be available for occasional travel to project sites throughout Massachusetts.
