Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, ensuring all care is aligned with best practices.
Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, supporting both formal and informal education.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred).
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience within a med-surg environment centered around supporting nephrology
CNN Certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary depending on experience, $15,000 Hiring Bonus and the opportunity for increased compensation through OT hours if you want.
