Your Role and Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans.

Develop new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessment.

Collaborate with a treatment team including directors, parents, and other support networks.

Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists.

Maintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progress.

Balance a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties.

What Were Looking For:

Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR a Masters degree with completed ABA coursework.

Required: Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).

Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus.

Ability to engage in higher-level management functions as needed.

Strong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needs.

Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
