They are responsible for duties such as ensuring that all of the food and drinks are of the highest quality, training staff, maintaining stocks, complying with food and safety regulations, and resolving customer complaints. Responsibilities:

Supervise food & beverage service.
ensures guest satisfaction with orders delivered in a timely manner.
Assists in retaining and motivating employees.
Provides high-quality service and products to guests while adhering to budget constraints
managing the food & beverage operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the working area.
Team member scheduling.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
Knowledge of safety procedures to ensure employee and guest safety.
Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values.
Ability to extend complimentary services in accordance with the property comp matrix.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
RAMP and Serv-Safe certification.
Previous management experience.
Extensive knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures.
Ability to understand financial information and data, and perform basic arithmetic functions.
Full working knowledge of POS.
Knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
Flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
Three full years of food and beverage experience.
Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to
Stand and ability to sit for long periods of time.
Use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
Regularly utilize sufficient vision or other powers of observation to review documents and computer screens and organize documents and materials.
Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.
