Overview:
Chenega Naswik International, LLC has an immediate opening for a Contract Program Manager to provide support at Mobile Alabama.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
Exercise complete authority to act for the Contractor during the term of the contract
Exercise authority to accept correspondence on behalf of the Contractor
Manage on-site employees ensuring contract compliance and meeting customer needs
Plan work schedules, train personnel
Responsible for implementing the Contractor’s quality control plan and ensuring that the Contractor’s workforce complies with the contract requirements.
Oversee quality control of contract deliverables.
Render hiring and firing decisions.
Manage Access Control and Surveillance (entry/exit/inside/outside of building).
Monitor personnel access (entry/exit), visitor control, and screening points.
Monitor Security and Emergency Alarms.
Monitor Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) system.
Conduct random screenings of individuals using handheld devices and walk through metal detector.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Four (4) years’ experience providing similar unarmed security work.
Must have a four-year degree in business, engineering and/or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in business, engineering and/or related technical field.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Successfully be able to meet PAT physical agility standards as set forth by US
Successfully pass a medical examination using AR 190-56 standards.
Speak, read, write, and understand the English language, apply written rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training material.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Knowledge of physical security and anti-terrorism/force protection for DoD facilities
