Overview:

As the Post Close Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all loan documentation.  Additionally, you obtain any missing documents, as well as correcting any incorrect items for funding/shipped loans.

Responsibilities

Review Title Searches for Mortgage Connect/Underwriter/Client Guideline Compliance

Locate Missing Documents from Previous Title Companies, Courthouses, or Lenders

Create Replacement Documents, as necessary

Perform Online Title Searches

Follow-Up on Check Requests and Resolve Billing Issues

Additional Duties, as assigned

Qualifications

High-School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum 1-Year Experience in Real Estate/Mortgage Industry

Strong Customer Service Focus

Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines

Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team

Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask

Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing
