Drybar Hair Stylists / Cosmetologists Also Enjoy These Perks:

We are looking for a hairstylist who has:
A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
A desire to provide exceptional service
Strong communication skills
Drive and motivation, and
Ability to work with and be a part of a team
Hey, cosmetology students... We also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school (must have a valid Nevada Cosmetology License to work as a hairstylist). Student applicants MUST be 1-2 months from graduation to apply!
Here is what you will be doing as a Drybar hair stylist:
Stylists perform amazing blowouts for our clients!
Provide an over-the-top client experience. It's all about making our clients feel special, beautiful, and confident!
We love to sell products, tools, and memberships - It’s easy because our clients love us!
We have to keep the shop fresh! Stylist side work includes dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, and re-stocking product shelves.
Last but not least, we love to connect with our stylists, so meetings happen regularly.
Some of the things stylists love about working at Drybar Shops are:
The opportunity to work PT for us and also PT for a full-service salon.
Stylists can build their clientele through referrals from our client base.
We employ all of our stylists directly and provide all of the tools and products for them.
We do not require our stylists to bring their clientele.
Stylists are placed on the floor based on skill and not seniority.
Career paths through management, styling education, and product training.
