Overview:

Donovan Heating & Air is currently seeking a multi location Leader to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our multi location Leader will be overseeing 10-12 employees, train and manage appointment setters, track productivity, Time track and develop a program plan to acheive project objectives.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

Oversee approximately 10 retail locations.

B to C Sales.

Maintain communication and partnership with multi locations (local, district, and region level) and staff.

Manage location staff.

Walk multi locations with your employees, training and supporting their development and growth.

Track employee productivity using a variety of methods including regular performance reviews, store visits, and IDP’s.

Attend and facilitate required meetings and trainings with your staff, support teams, and retail leadership.

Compile bi-weekly timecards and commissions for payroll.

Meet and exceed monthly revenue budgets.

Develop program plan to achieve program & project objectives. Identify obstacles and constraints that impact the program and develop appropriate contingency plans.

Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to work weekends (will have 2 consecutive weekdays off).

Must have a cell phone and access to email.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must have strong organizational skills and ability to use Microsoft Office platforms.

Retail sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Prior trade show or kiosk management experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record, and drug screen.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

3+ years proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Extensive understanding of B to C sales specific to HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Standing for sustained periods of time.

Walking  to speak with customers for long periods of time.

Flexibility to travel as needed.
