Responsibilities:

Supervises all aspects of the Perris, California Warehouse Operations, on assigned shift, including assigning, directing and monitoring work of the Warehouse associates to ensure effective customer service, quality & compliance, positive employee relations, safety & security.

Primary Duties:

Supervise, directs and trains Distribution Center Team Leaders and associates in performing work according to operating principles & procedures.

Compliance with applicable customer requirements, government regulations and company policies and procedures.

Monitor performance of DC associates to ensure achievement of KPI’s

Maintain effective controls and records to ensure operation’s standards.

Documents, records, and reports all discrepancies/ issues to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.

Trains associates in an effective operation, safety & security.

Maintain a positive employee relations environment in compliance with Company policies.

Prepares and submits daily and weekly reports/ forms in a timely manner.

Make recommendations on the daily staffing requirements based on volume.

Maintain good housekeeping.

Other duties as assigned by management to meet the business demands.

Annual Salary Range: $66,000 - $70,000

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, warehousing/ distribution, or supply chain management

Minimum of Two (2) Years’ Distribution / Warehouse Operations Experience in a team leader or supervisory position

Excellent written & verbal Skills; Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and follow-up.

Strong computer skills (AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Candidate must be able to work a flexible work schedule to meet operation’s demands.

Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills, with professional, positive, and motivated demeanor

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus

This position is 100% on site.

Organization Relationships:

Reports to Operations Manager

 Work Environment:

(With or without accommodations) This position is working in a warehouse environment requiring walking, standing, bending and sitting on a desk to include typing using a pc, and conversing on the phone.
