Overview:

Since inception in 2004, BI Incorporated has operated ISAP for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). ISAP is an essential part of ERO, providing intensive supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings. The program achieves positive results by combining comprehensive case management with proven supervision technology. Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

United States citizenship required.

Ability to receive client’s approval to work on contract required.

Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle preferred.

At least two (2) years training experience in a corporate setting preferred.

At least two (2)  years’ experience working in the Monitoring Operations Center or at an RSS or ISAP field office preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Completion of Monitoring Services Technical Specialist Certification required once hired.

Completion of ISAP/ERO Alert Processing certification required once suitability determination is completed.

Experience working in a Criminal Justice field preferred.

In-depth knowledge of Company products, software and hardware preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong knowledge in Articulate Storyline or course creation software preferred.

Ability to learn new products and technology at an accelerated pace.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good Problem-solving skills.

Good conflict resolution skills.

Ability to provide leadership and handle negativity in a training situation.

Initiative, flexibility and change management skills.

Knowledge of adult learning processes.

Project management skills preferred.

Basic knowledge of the criminal justice system.

Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.

Working Conditions: Encountered on a regular basis as part of the work this job performs.

Typical office environment.

10 to 15% travel possible, including local travel by car.

Some non-business hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Use of standard office equipment such as copier, computer, keyboard, telephone and fax machine.

Responsibilities:

Summary

Develops, conducts and coordinates training on Company electronic monitoring (EM) products and host applications for internal staff and external customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts training on new and existing Company products and host applications for Monitoring Services Specialists’ certification programs.

Conducts external customer webinars on Company products and host applications

Assists with delivery of training for on-site and off-site training events for external customers on new and existing Company products and host applications.

Works in collaboration with Training Department members to maintain EM training calendar for all scheduled internal staff and external customer training webinars.

Responds to calls from customers, Monitoring Services Specialists and Monitoring Customer Services Representatives to provide first level troubleshooting on equipment issues and customer calls.

Assists with developing training materials for internal and external training on new products and software as needed. Updates existing training modules as needed.

Maintains employee-training requirements in the internal LMS. Assists with the maintenance of external customer training records

Assists product and software development departments with testing of new products and applications.

May assist with training for other departments.

Completes special projects as necessary to support company initiatives.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay:

Pay USD $22.00/Hr. to USD $23.00/Hr.
