Role Summary:

The Sr. Analyst, Parts Operations will be responsible for overdelivering on the customer experience for our Charging networks by operationalizing our evolving Charging parts strategy. This role will serve as the accountable operational point of contact within Charging Service Operations, interfacing across the Parts Planning, Logistics, and Service Ecosystem to ensure that the correct parts are always available in the right quantities and locations as required to meet aggressive SLAs and deliver industry-leading uptime.

This role will require a resourceful and detail-oriented, cross-functional leader with excellent communications skills who will drive alignment amidst competing priorities and deliver against operational goals. The Sr. Analyst, Parts Operations will report directly to our Manager, Charging Dispatch & Logistics.

Responsibilities:

Drive development and execution of our Charging Service Operations parts strategy by continuously collaborating and ensuring timely execution across teams, including New Parts Introduction, Demand Planning, Material Planning, Channel Planning, Parts Distribution, Service Center Parts teams, Field Reliability, Remanufacturing, as well as support functions including Service Systems Integration, and Digital.

Accountable to Charging Service Operations for ensuring operational outcomes are achieved across the parts ecosystem, including meeting parts SLAs, keeping accurate inventories, and maintaining sufficient inventory levels at all required locations to meet operational goals.

Lead conversations on service parts readiness for new product launches, ensure we have PPAP and SAs for charging service parts ahead of deployment.

Test, develop and lead parts ordering requirements for internal digital systems with Digital team and Service Systems Integration.

Identify new forward stock locations based on charging network build plans and Service Center build plans to maintain network uptime.

Gather inputs and lead strategic parts provisioning discussions with parts teams to balance priorities and obtain required quantities for new campaigns.

Regularly identify and implement continuous improvement efforts to drive higher customer uptime on our charging networks through excellent parts management.

Identify and resolve common discrepancies in parts procurement, review for human error transactions and collaborate to improve processes with teams.

Monitor changes in erratic demand for charging parts (e.g., based on changing field failure rates) and ensure that demand planning accurately adjusts to changing conditions.

Escalate and resolve low inventory levels with material planning and understand lead times for parts on order.

Thoroughly understand parts assemblies and subassemblies.

Utilize SAP to assist with goods receipt and goods issue activities as needed.

Advocate for the Charging parts strategy with cross-functional teams, including local operations at our service centers with a hands-on, operational mindset.

Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ year of professional experience Operations Management, Service Operations, Program Management, Parts Management, Logistics, or related fields. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience using a Work Order Management System.

Demonstrated learning agility with relevant software tools, e.g., SAP, Jira, Confluence, or other platforms.

Ability to interpret and use business intelligence and reporting to drive decisions, e.g., Tableau dashboards.

Project/Program management skills with ability to manage multiple projects across geographies and timelines simultaneously.

Ability to work independently on operational tasks, including ordering, receiving, and auditing systematic inventory.

Ability to successfully advocate cross-functionally outside reporting line to make recommendations to internal teams, identify process gaps, and drive resolution.

Ability to view, read, and interpret documents and standard operating procedures

Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Exhibits patience, empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving. Remains flexible and responsive to change.

Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting for 8 or more hours in a day, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting)

Frequent use of hands for purposes of entering data, writing communications.

Ability to travel up to 10%.

Minimum age of 21 and must obtain a valid state issued driver's license.

Pay Disclosure:

Salary Range for SoCal Based Applicants: $87,300 to $109,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range for Bay Area, CA Based Applicants: $94,900 to $118,600 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
