The Warehouse Manager at Reborn’s Livermore facility is responsible for the activities of the Livermore Warehouse Team. This manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. The manager will be responsible for engaging the Warehouse Team to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance, and engagement are maintained. To achieve this, the manager is expected to provide their team members with the tools needed for success as well as keenly drive productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead team with peak efficiency in achieving the Company’s strategic objectives.

Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve company expectations.

Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and communicating necessary staffing levels.

Manage effective cross-functional communication across regional teams.

Partner with the senior management to establish and maintain quality control standards for facility housekeeping and asset maintenance.

Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Reborn employees.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for interior and exterior of facility, including the showrooms and auxiliary storage spaces, restrooms, landscaping, waste disposal, etc.

Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules; verify completion of services are documented in asset management software.

Implement warehouse operations systems including product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

Ensure warehouse operations and conditions adhere to federal, state, and local laws, as well company policies and directives.

Communicate policies to team members and acting as the primary information source for the Warehouse Team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed.

Manage shipping and receiving activities and associated documentation.

Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.

Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center and manage the flow + quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

Document control: expected delivery reports, HW, SHP, and HW KIT, Resi, MAS, Buildertrend, etc.

Work in conjunction with purchasing department to communicate with vendors about missing/damaged goods.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment that reflects progressive addition of responsibilities.

2+ years of warehouse management experience preferred.

High School Diploma or GED

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical skills

Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Aptitude for technical writing (processes, procedures, etc.)

Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.

Proficient knowledge of company software

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of company staff and effectively resolve conflict as needed.

Bi-lingual (English, Spanish) a plus.

Physical Demands & Environmental Conditions

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.

Standing for extended periods of time.

Frequent use of warehouse equipment.

What we offer

Annual base salary of $65,000 - $85,000
