What You'll Do:

As a member of the crew, you'll be an essential part of our construction team, performing various physical tasks that help bring our projects to life. Typical responsibilites include:

Working with Materials: Digging, spreading, and leveling dirt and gravel with shovels and picks. 

Mixing and Pouring: Handling concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials to set a strong foundation. 

Construction Support: Assisting in pipe assembly and cutting, placing forms for concrete, and guiding equipment operators. 

Tool Maintenance: Cleaning and caring for tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient job site.

Qualifications:

Experience & Education/Certificate:

1-2 years of experience in construction a plus.

GED/high school diploma or related work experience, trade school a plus.

Valid driver's license required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Must be able to work well independently or within a team.

Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure.

Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
