Experience in healthcare operations preferred.

Certification in a relevant performance improvement or project management methodology, preferred.

Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experienced with finance and accounting skills with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget.

Proven ability to collaboratively develop, articulate and execute effective strategy.

This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
