Position: Financial Planner Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
Location: London (Zone 1)
Salary: £60k-£80k neg + Performance Bonuses, Pension, Healthcare, and Support for Chartered Status
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Manage and expand an existing client portfolio while generating new business through referrals and networking.
- Tailored Financial Advice: Deliver personalised, independent financial planning advice on pensions, investments, tax, and protection products.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and high compliance standards.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with a talented team of IFAs, paraplanners, and administrators to provide exceptional service.
- Paraplanning & Admin: Assist with all aspects of financial planning, including report writing and client onboarding.
- Contribute to Growth: Use your initiative to identify business opportunities and improve internal processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in a financial planning firm
- Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) is essential. Progress toward Chartered status is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
- Sector: Wealth Management background preferred
Desirable Attributes
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Currently studying for, or committed to studying for, Chartered Financial Planner status is highly desirable.
- Broad experience providing holistic financial advice across multiple products.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) is essential
