Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.

Ensure that clean dishes are properly organized and stored for easy access by kitchen and service staff.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.

Assist with basic food prep when needed, helping the kitchen staff during busy times.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.

Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
