We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisorto become a part of our Affordable (Tax-credit and Project Based Section 8) housing property, Aspen River Park (261 units) in Newark, NJ and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Manager of 150+ units
Heavy apartment maintenance knowledge
Heavy organizational skills
Team-building skills
Heavy understanding of the process of unit turnovers
REAC preparation knowledge
Yardi experience
