Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess physical function and limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate recovery.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and equipment usage.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
