Job Description
Location: This is hybrid position, located in Seattle.
Responsible for the creative execution of concepts and designs for retail circular pages, direct mail, and/or collateral material. This position will create concepts, design and execute retail and direct mail pieces whose messages are visually compelling; execute the creative strategy, and ensure that projects are completed on established schedule targets.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short-term and long-term goals of the department.
Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate them into overall work objectives.
Develops creative and graphic concepts (for web and print) in collaboration with the assigned team.
Follows projects throughout all stages of print production and/or online deployment.
Provides production support to produce technically correct, print-ready mechanicals for release.
Interacts regularly with creative leadership, creative partners, and other team members as needed for completion of assigned projects
Interprets marketing ideas and turns them into visual reality at a world-class level
Receives feedback from management and uses that feedback to grow skills Solves business challenges through marketing and smart creative design
Takes ownership of projects, and successfully executes through all stages of creative development on target, on time, and on budget
Maintain and enhance the client's identity by working creatively within the corporate Brand.
Understands the client's design needs and methodology
Effective communication with peers, senior management, and clients across all topics from business to creative.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
