Job Description

Here at COS/&other stories we are hiring a recruitment coordinator based in New York that can oversee the recruitment of all sales associate roles across the US, Canada and Mexico! This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a recruitment coordinator, you will play a crucial role in hiring talented and diverse colleagues who align with our company values and ambitions. You will support and collaborate with store hiring managers, guiding them on recruitment best practices, including Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), candidate experience, recruitment processes, and onboarding. Your efforts will contribute significantly to achieving our recruitment KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide Hiring Managers: Provide recommendations and insights to hiring managers, ensuring the selection of the right candidates within agreed timelines.

Manage Recruitment Processes: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for sales advisor roles, including organizing assessment centers in key cities, and ensuring candidates receive quality feedback and a positive experience.

Train and Coach: Train and coach hiring managers on best practices for successful assessment centers.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Ensure timely adherence to established routines in the ATS by following up with hiring managers for each job opening.

Support Talent Acquisition Partner: Assist with RESUME screening and organizing interviews for store leadership positions.

KPI Follow-Up: Monitor KPIs, identify strengths and opportunities, and take appropriate actions to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.

Collaborate with HR: Work with H&M Group HR colleagues within the region to stay informed and build successful collaborations regarding labor market insights, salary and benefits, and changes in employee relations/legal requirements.
