Simply put, as the Cook, you would be responsible for creative and delectable dishes to add to our growing menu. We are looking for Part Time Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 8:00pm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is forward-thinking and passionate about culinary arts! Duties include following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications; preparing food items needed to service; setting up efficient flow of the cook line; and assisting with the sanitation of the kitchen, walk-in, and storage areas.

Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. You’ll be joining a family of more than 4,000 employees, and one purpose unites us all—to be champions of every journey.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills

Obtain and maintain a food handler’s card

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Ability to problem-solve and communicate
