Qualifications:
Your Impact as an Account Manager:
● Maintain and update accurate work schedules for all personnel
● Provide timely operational updates, goal tracking, and incident reports to clients
● Conduct annual security assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards
● Oversee payroll processes, resolving discrepancies and maintaining detailed records
on the payroll correction overview worksheet
● Facilitate real-time communication and updates during incidents
● Enforce company handbook guidelines and site-specific expectations
● Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel
● Manage the client site training program, ensuring compliance with standards and

● Regularly review and recommend updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and Post Orders
● Complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
You Qualify With:
● Non-commissioned Level II security license
● Valid Driver’s license
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience
● Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
You Are A Great Fit With:
● Excellent computer skills
● Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Effective decision making process and ability to take initiative
● Bachelor’s degree
● Able multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
